Solar geometry 2.0 is a C library which compute the relative position of earth and sun. This library implement a fast and acurate algorithm designed by Philippe Blanc (ARMINES) for ENDORSE European Project

Fast: algorithm approximately 20 times faster than SPA
Acurate: accuracy of order of 9 10^-5 rad (approx. 0.005°, or 19”)
